We strolled around the Strip District this morning and into a nice old coffee shop called Presto George. They have a fancy selection of coffees and teas, but the back is where the really interesting things are. They have this traditional coffee bean roaster, and all sorts of other equipment we could not identify, and it was all on display for us to see. Brooks loved it.
