kid in a candy shop

We stopped by our neighborhood french bakery La Gourmandine for chocolate croissants and apple pastries. Everything they make there looks simply delicious. Brooks spent some time perusing the dessert counter. I am not quite sure what he was thinking looking at all those delicate pastries, but I have to say I enjoyed looking as much as he did. I felt like a kid in a candy shop, and I imagine he did as well!
